I don't think this is an article attacking the Chinese government. Like any other political philosophies, there are people who are with or against the philosophy. If there are people who think that this article lacks the views that support this philosophy, or Beijing's explanation of their philosophy, they are welcomed to add these views on this article, but not simply deleting this article.
