Blue Angel says: The restaurant not only did not keep its diners safe but intentionally assaulted its diners. The operation rights of the restaurant shall be revoked. If the owner does not voluntarily provide adequate compensation, the restaurant and any of the owner’s property may be confiscated as compensations. 酒樓的主人：未必有罪，但是有責任賠償。主人可以另外向經理和員工追討。
The restaurant is responsible for any reasonable expenses and damages incurred during the diners’ seeking of compensation. Reasonableness may be determined by the people in the local community. 食客在合理追討過程中的支出，和在那過程中對酒樓所造成的傷害，均由酒樓承擔。合理追討的判定可以由當地的市民定奪。
