We finally made it to the most exciting part of the human body, the banging system, or elegantly called the reproductive system. 😛 It's all about the penis and the vagina.
終於到左身體最精彩既環節啦！冇錯，就係扑野系統啦，嗯，應該文雅D咁叫佢做生殖系統 (reproductive system)，全部都係撚同閪

But honestly, among all the organs of the human body, I personally think that the reproductive organ is the most boring one. Believe it or not. The only interesting part is the topic. If you manage to read the whole article, just give yourself a big clap.
不過認真咁講，個人覺得啦，身體咁多既器官之中呢，生殖器官真係最撚悶 信唔信都好啦，依篇文章最有趣既地方就只係佢個題目，不能再多了。所以呢，睇得完真係要比個叻叻自己

I'll talk about the testicle & the penis first. If you are a guy, sorry.
咁我會講左睾丸 (testicle)同埋陰莖 (penis) 先。如果你係仔，真係sorry

Penis is like a gun & Testicle is like a bullet factory. They are the best couple. (Imagine you need this to understand them) They are only responsible for one single mission - reproduction. It is achieved in 2 ways, sexual intercourse and reforming our bodies through the endocrine system (I won't talk about it in this article).
陰莖就好似有把槍；睾丸就好似子彈工廠。佢地係好拍擋。(想像一下自己需要D咁既比喻去理解 ) 佢地既存在就係要完成唯一既任務：繁殖。要做到繁殖，基本上可以細分做兩個任務，分別係性交同埋透過內分泌系統改造身體 (唔同係依篇文詳講)。

Let's have an overview of the whole male reproductive system.
先黎睇大體咁睇下男性生殖系統啦。

It can be divided into 4 categories, the testicle, accessary glands, the delivery duct and the penis.
基本上可以分做4大類，分別係睾丸、附屬腺體 (accessary glands)、管道同埋陰莖。

(1)The testicle is where spermatogonium, i.e. the spermatic stem cell differentiates into sperm. Normal males have 2 testes. Right on the testicle, there is an epididymis. It is a continuous tissue of the testicle, surrounded by epithelial tissue. The epididymis is the site for sperms to get mitochondrion and be stored.
(一) 睾丸就係精原細胞 (spermatogonium)，姐係精子 (sperm) 既幹細胞，轉化成精子既地方。正常男人有兩粒睾丸，而鋪係睾丸上面既呢，就係副睾丸 (epididymis)。副睾丸係睾丸既延伸部分，都有上皮組織包住。副睾丸係精子獲得線粒體 (mitochondrion) 既地方，佢亦都負責儲存精子。

(2) There are 3 main accessary glands in the reproductive system of males, they are the seminal glands, the prostate glands and the bulbourethral glands.
(二) 附屬腺體方面呢，主要有3種，分別係精囊 (seminal glands)、前列腺 (prostate glands) 同埋球尾腺 (bulbourethral glands)。

(3) The continuous delivery duct between the opening of the penis and the testicle can be divided into 2 parts, the vas deferens and the urethra. The landmark of the 2 parts is the duct of the seminal glands, it combines with the vas deferens and gets called the ejaculatory duct. The ejaculatory duct then goes through the prostate glands and becomes the urethra.
(三) 管道方面呢，由副睾丸延伸到陰莖既管道可以分做兩種，分別係輸精管 (vas deferens) 同埋尿道 (urethra)。基本上呢，分開依兩隻管道既地方就係精囊管，依條精囊管同輸精管會結合成一條管道，叫做射精管 (ejaculatory duct)，條射精管再穿過前列腺，之後就係尿道啦。

(4) The penis is an organ designed to penetrate into the vagina. It helps sperms to get closer to the oocyte.
(四) 陰莖就係設計黎插入去陰道 (vagina) 既，佢可以幫助精子更加容易接近卵子 (oocyte)。

# Some details in accessory glands
These accessory glands secrete fluids that help sperms to survive.
(i) Seminal glands - Secretion of alkaline & glycogen containing fluid. Normally males have 2 seminal glands.
(ii) Prostate glands - Secretion of prostaglandin, helps the contraction of the vagina. The prostatic fluid helps sperms to have better mobility.
(iii) Bulbourethral glands - glands near the bulb of the penis, secretes lubricant.
Sperms with fluids of accessory glands are called semen. #

(壹) 精囊 - 分泌含有鹼同埋醣既液體，正常男人有兩個精囊。
(貳) 前列腺 - 分泌前列素 (prostaglandin)，幫助陰道收縮。前列腺分泌既液體亦會令精子有更強既動力。
(參) 球尾腺 - 陰莖球附近既腺體，分泌滑潤液。
精子加埋依D附屬腺體既分泌物就係精液 (semen)。

睇清楚D粒睾丸。

The testicle is a capsuled organ that is kept in the scrotum which is a hanging sac of skin.
睾丸係一個有包膜既器官，放係陰囊 (scrotum) 裡面。

The inner cavity is being divided into several rooms by continuous tissue of the capsule called the septa.
如果你切開睾丸睇下，你會發現佢個內腔被包膜既延伸部分 (septa) 分開，形成一個個房間。

Inside those rooms, there are seminiferous tubules. (semin- means sperm, -ferous means containing) Seminiferous tubules are the site provided for the spermatogenesis, sperm producing.
D房間裡面就係一大堆卷黎卷去既產精管 (seminiferous tubule)。產精管裡面就係精子成長 (spermatogenesis) 既地方。

Those seminiferous tubules come together, near the epididymis, and form a reticular structure called rete testis. The rete testis is connected to the duct of the epididymis and further linked to the vas deferens.
所有既產精管延伸落去都會去到同一個地方，個個地方係副睾丸隔離，叫睪丸網 (rete testis)，睪丸網再連去副睾丸。

再入D產精管。

There are mainly 3 kinds of cell, the Leydig cell, the Sertoli cell and the spermatogonium.
產精管入面主要有3隻細胞，分別係睾酮細胞 (Leydig cell)、支援細胞 (Sertoli cell) 同埋精原細胞。

The Leydig cell, or the testicular interstitial cell, is the cell responsible in the endocrine functions of the testicle, secreting testosterone.
睾酮細胞係負責睾丸既內分泌，具體工作就係分泌睾酮 (testosterone)。

The Sertoli cell, or the testicular sustentacular cell, is the 'nurse' cell of Spermatogenesis. It provides structural support and nourishes the developing sperm.
支援細胞係精原細胞既「護士」，佢為精子既生成提供結構上既支撐同埋營養。

The spermatogonium, or the spermatic stem cell, is the cell that gives rise to the sperm, the sex cell (or gamete) for reproduction.
精原細胞就係會可以轉化成精子既幹細胞。

The penis can be divided into 2 parts, the corpus spongiosum and the corpus cavernosum.
基本上成條陰莖都係海綿體，而依舊海綿體又可以分做2個部分：尿道既部分 (corpus spongiosum) 同埋主體既部分 (corpus cavernosum)。

The corpus cavernosum contributes most of the size of the penis. The root of the corpus cavernosum is called the crus (means legs).
海綿體主體係陰莖大細既主要來源。佢個尾端因為叉開左，所以又叫做陰莖腳 (crus of penis)。

The corpus spongiosum is connected to the glans, surrounding the urethra. The root of the corpus spongiosum is called the bulb.
尿道海綿體連接龜頭 (glans)，之所以係尿道既部分就係因為佢包住尿道。佢個尾端就係叫做陰莖球 (bulb of penis)。

Both cavernosum and spongiosum are made up of the connective tissue which forms sponge-like structure inside, allowing blood to flow in during the erection.
無論係尿道既部分定主體既部分都係海綿體，可以比血液流入去，令陰莖勃起 (erection)。

Another viewing angle. The prepuce is the epidermal tissue that covers the glans.
另一個角度。鋪住龜頭既表皮組織叫做包皮 (Prepuce)。

Let's have some understanding of spermatogenesis, maturation of sperm.
黎睇下精子係點樣成長嫁啦。

Before talking about spermatogenesis, I'll give you a brief idea on the human genetic information. I'm sure you know that the basic unit of the genetic information is called deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA). Lots of DNA come together and form chromosomes.
講精子既成長之前，先黎睇下人類基因 (gene) 大概係點樣傳承嫁啦，始終精子其中一個重要既任務就係要比身體一半既基因後代。我唸大家都知道基因係透過一種物質，叫 DNA 記錄嫁啦。(化學野真係好難譯，有機會再挑戰) 好多好多既 DNA 加埋少量負責結構組成既蛋白質合埋一齊，形成一對又一對既「染色體」 (chromosome)。

Normally, every somatic cell (or simply saying, non-germ cells) have 23 pairs of chromosome, meaning that they have 46 chromosomes. Each chromosome is made up of 2 sister chromatids, so there are 92 chromatids in each somatic cells.
「染色體」依個名其實真係冇咩意思，只係話佢比可以一D染料染色，簡單D講個名只係話比你知「染色體」係點樣比人發現，久而久之就用到依家，如果我譯既話，我希望叫佢做「遺傳體」，當然，普遍都係叫「染色體」。正常人所有非生殖細胞 (somatic cells) 既細胞核入面都有23對「遺傳體」，姐係46舊「遺傳體」，而依每舊「遺傳體」，又可以分成2舊 「遺傳單體 (chromatid) 」。搞左咁多，只係想講，所有非生殖細胞 (包括生殖細胞既幹細胞) 都有 92舊「遺傳單體」係佢既細胞核入面。

So now you have some idea on the genetic information, let's take a look in the spermatogenesis. During the development of sperm, those cells will start from the basal side, and slowly get close to the lumenal side.
(1) Spermatogonium undergoes mitosis. (Number of chromatids: 92)
(2) One of the spermatogoniums differentiates into the primary spermatocyte. (Number of chromatids: 92)
(3) The primary spermatocyte undergoes meiosis and gives birth to 2 secondary spermatocytes. (Number of chromatids: 46)
(4) The secondary spermatocyte under go meiosis again to form 2 spermatids. (Number of chromatids: 23)
(5) The spermatid differentiates into the sperm, or the spermatozoon. This process is called spermiogenesis (Number of chromatids: 23)
(6) The spermatozoon goes into the lumen.
Spermatogenesis is a continuous process.
終於可以講精子既成長 (spermatogenesis) 啦。精子成個成長既過程呢，會係產精管既外圍 (basal side) 開始，慢慢走近產精管腔 (lumenal side) 既。
(一) 精原細胞分裂成2個精原細胞，而「遺傳單體」數量依然係92舊。(mitosis)
(二) 其中一粒精原細胞轉化成精祖細胞 (primary spermatocyte)，普遍譯法為「初級精母細胞」。
(三) 精祖細胞分裂成2個精母細胞 (secondary spermatocyte)，普遍譯法為「次級精母細胞」，而「遺傳單體」數量減半，姐係46舊。(meiosis)
(四) 每粒精母細胞又再各自分裂成2粒精細胞 (spermatid)，而「遺傳單體」數量再減半，得番23舊。(meiosis)
(五) 精細胞轉化成精子 (spermatozoon / sperm)。依個過程英文叫「精子形成 (spermiogenesis)」。
(六) 精子走入去產精管腔。
精子既成長係會不斷發生，當然係青春期開始之後啦。

And finally comes to the usage of the sperm. The discharge of the sperm can be divided into 4 parts, the stimulation, the erection, the emission and the ejaculation.
整左精子出黎，就更係要發射啦下話。基本上可以將發射精子既過程可以分開做4個動作，分別係刺激、勃起、排放同埋射精。

The stimulation is usually coming from females (or males!? ). But for the toxic JJ, it's usually coming from porns, pictures and most probably, the masturbation.
刺激 (stimulation) 通常係黎自女人啦，都有可能係男人!? 不過毒撚呢就通常係黎自咸片、J圖同埋打飛機。

The erection is the process of the blood flows into the corpus spongiosum & cavernosum. It is achieved by more blood flows out from arteries than the blood gets back to veins in the corpus spongiosum & cavernosum.
勃起 (erection) 係透過將陰莖既海綿體充血而做到既，所謂既「充血」姐係海綿體裡面流出動脈既血比流入靜脈既血多。

The emission is the transportation of sperm via the vas deferens and parts of the urethra before entering the penis. The accessory glands secrete fluids which mix with the sperm and form semen.
排放 (emission) 姐係通過輸精管同部分既尿道將精子送去陰莖裡面既入口。依個過程既都包埋附屬腺體分泌液體。

When the semen reaches the entry of the penis, muscles responsible for the ejaculation contract. The penis discharges the semen.
射精 (ejaculation) 姐係當精液到左陰莖裡面既入口，負責既肌肉就會收縮，呠，就係咁發射出精液。
