In fact what you are doing right now is great. Keep doing it. But what's important is to really analyse the internal logic - what is going on in the head of the speaker when you watch videos.
Also I would suggest you to drop your shyness, invite a friend to do total immersion with you. Speak English to him/her all day 24/7. It's ok to fuck up and sound like an idiot. As time goes by your fluency and confidence of speaking will improve like you've never seen before.

小弟DSE得4 iELTs得7.5
係作文同說話比較弱 (其實係好撚廢)
我reading同listerning ielts都有8.5同8
但listening同writing得6同6.5
喺大學啲presentation都係無人地表達得咁流暢咁好
我有啲問題想請教下架
1.上面嘅情況唔知係咪因為我learning唔夠immersive呢
我平日睇嘅youtube美劇全部都係英文
之前返parttime bar都返咗一間多數外國人去嘅bar (而家無做)
但就無好似你咁逐句pause跟佢講
可能因為咁淪為娛樂而非學習
我而家pronunciation同accent應該同外國人差唔多
不過句子同演講組織就完全跟唔上

但而家好需要用先開始後悔

多謝解答先 咁問係因為考過2個之後 發覺dse其實搞到好復雜 成日玩技巧 反而ielts直接好多
但係我dse同ielts成績又唔多對等 不過都無得懶 我英文真係唔好真係唔可以期望得好高 不過都想繼續改善 因為even讀u成日對英文 但係其實2年黎都冇認真去執過 寫野嗰陣成日詞窮 可以因為咁ielts writing得6
