1. May I refer you to #142 about how to learn "active vocabulary"
Don't be embarrassed. There's no shame in being bad at something, it's only shameful when you give up.

2. Immerse, my friend. Learning phonetics can definitely help. But you have to be able to withstand the boredom and hard work. I have learnt phonetics myself and I'd say it worths the pain. But if you can't stick to it, it's fine to just follow a particular youtuber with your preferred accent and imitate. Do it long enough and you will find it very helpful.
For specific business communication purposes, you will need to do some specific work on that too. There are plenty of resources on business English. Just google it or get a good book as your guide.

盡量用complete sentence, and try to speak for as long as possible

開頭係會攰會chur架，所有野都英文會令你覺得好似做乜都要好大mental effort咁

但講左一排講上癮 對唔熟既人都講，老師同我講中文我都用英文答
比人笑到面都黃
但後來進步好大，冇人再笑，亦都影響全班好多人一齊鳩up English

is there any difference between IELTS and TOEFL?I gotta score overall 46-79 in TOEFL/overall 6-7 in IELTS, in order to meet the entry requirement of TAFE.Most of the ppl prefer IELTS, but for me, I read and speak American English a lot.I think I'm not able to comprehend the English accent easily.I fking quit school when I was Form4.Let's talk about the background of my English skills.

I immersed myself in English entirely as a kid.I read English, talk with foreigners on gaming platform every day.Basically, My writing skill is pretty neat since I always type English with my keyboard.LOL does it really count?Whatever.On paper, it sounds like my English is great.But I would not dare to say that, even tho there were so many people compliment on my English skill since I have a really serious issue in spoken English.

You know dude, I was talking about I type English with my keyboard a lot, yet there was a time I spoke with an Aussie on Discord.I was so intimidated, I was like a freeze up, don't know what to say.Tho I can communicate with him well when I type the word.My spoken English is kinda bad IMO.Even tho that Aussie always says hey your English is okay, we can understand you.I think it's totally not enough.Why am I not a native speaker, not a White dude, white caucasian?????FUUUUUCCCCKKKK.Any suggestion for improving my stupid silly dumb broken spoken English?

Writing 真係唔可以鳩操，要有人改，reading就要睇多做多，真係無其他辦法。唔明grammar 就做grammar book, Cambridge 藍色嗰本，唔識字就搵本簿寫，比啲時間。利申ielts 7.5

你意思打得多嘢, he is 會打錯變 he are? 仲未識分 grammar 同 typo?

呢句同好多香港人一樣, 你用咗中文去譯, " 我提議你去乜乜乜, 但 form 2 已經教嘅 gerund/to-infinitive, suggest 後面係用 gerund.

應該寫成:

"Also I would suggest dropping your shyness."

OR

"Also I would suggest that you drop your shyness."

記住係 form 2 程度.

仲有你寫:

"learn a lot of vocabulary"

又係港式英文, 以為 vocabulary 解生字, 實際係解詞彙, 可以指一個人所識嘅所有字, 所以一個人得一個 vocabulary, 除非再細分為 medical vocabulary/French vocabulary 等等, 所以想講學多 d 生字, 只可以講 get a larger vocabulary/expand your vocabulary/learn more words, 唔可以講 learn a lot of vocabulary.

仲有其他 mistake, 以上只係其二, 仲要係低 level 嘅 grammar, 一個英文好少少嘅 F3 學生已經唔會錯, 你亦絕對唔係打錯, 而係唔識, 仲有, 你以為用多幾句鬼佬罐頭句子/phrase 就會令你 d 英文唔港式? 你覺得無人會睇得出你係夾硬砌出嚟扮鬼佬但又生硬到極?
