我以前條脷都係好廢分唔到(當然本身都係感官較鈍)
但當你decant啲年份耐嘅酒,你會發現係真係有變化,tannings真係會軟化同滑咗

其實威士忌都唔完全係穩定, 威士忌, cognac等烈酒係採取blending 去令到穩定性提高, 但都唔係百分百, 如果你買唔同批次嘅同一威士忌嘅同一年份, 你ab咁飲都會發覺有啲分別, 唔同酒廠分別程度唔同,有啲穩定啲有啲冇咁穩定, highland park 18 我好多年前相隔一個月買咗兩支,分別都幾大,single malt 只不過係代表同一酒廠嘅麥芽威士忌入面blend, 只有single cask先係冇blend, 但係相對穩定性又低好多
