師兄,full range of motion真係好重要
本身full range of motion個意思就係想每一下都拉長stretch 個目標肌肉,但係因為真係見到有太多人做short partials/mid partials,即係leg press做勁撚重,但個range係short partials,落得唔夠深,完全無deep stretch 個quads,對quads個刺激又少,受傷風險又增加。

Btw已經有好多研究話做lengthened partials既行程係最好,比full range of motion仲好

同意你既觀點,Full range of motion 對newbie 係個關鍵既concept,一來可以盡量刺激相應既肌肉,二來加深嗰個動作既技巧/印象
但如果完左newbie 嗰期,有時我覺得full range 會加大左受傷既風險。
用返Leg press 做例子,每6-8餅做full range 真係無咁大不了,但去到11餅或以上都講呢啲就會有啲危
