In Tai Chi, there exists the concept of "Yi" which gives rise to the creation of the two polar forces known as "Yin" and "Yang." The interaction of Yin and Yang gives birth to the formation of four manifestations known as the "Four Symbols." These Four Symbols, in turn, generate the eight trigrams known as the "Eight Trigrams."
Note: "Yi" refers to the idea of "intent" or "consciousness" in this context, and "Four Symbols" and "Eight Trigrams" are concepts from Chinese philosophy and divination systems, specifically related to the I Ching (Book of Changes).
