一食都係會令身體慢性發炎。

講真 價錢反影質數, 無錢就係食cheap 啲。

最靚= 新鮮肉類,海鮮, 豆類種子類, 新鮮菜, 動物油( 豬油牛油)
呢個餐單點食都唔會肥。

cheap野= 植物油( 花生油,菜油之類) , 粥飯粉麵, 加工食物, 所有小麥大麥。
呢個餐單就係99%香港人餐單。

講真數據嘅嘢可以好偏一邊,
我呢啲直情係真人實測真數據, 有時身痕食一個杯麵或者食一個麵包, 1 粒鐘之後就會feel到 個人軟奶奶冇乜力氣, 身體有少少發熱 非常之影響專注力。

唔食早餐飲水反而冇事。
