其實行404好快不過冇車就基本上成個york region都遠

有揸車但15分鐘先碌到落Markham
碌去其他地方仲耐

15分鐘好快喇喎

都未計落downtown

住到咁上都好少會落dt啦

就算係condo, 我當兩公婆加埋一年搵100K, 無返200-300K首期都唔洗諗

樓市有升有降。 買樓要量力而為。
租屋未必唔好， 但係買樓可能會陷入財務危機

搭單一問 如果去到冇車係唔係都可以選擇downtown以外嘅地方驚downtown治安差

另外點睇Clanton park至到Lansing既地區 交通會唔會好唔方便

Clanton park至到Lansing- first time I hear about these area.

Just checked the map. Clanton Park area is north to Sheppard west to Wilson and east to Bathurst, Lansing is a bit south- Bathurst on the west and east to Yonge- North to a few street north of Sheppard and south to just above Hwy 401.

Lansing is more upscale than Clanton Park. Commuting is better in Lansing too because it is closer to subway line. Clanton Park is middle class area and Lansing a upper middle class. There are a lot of office building along Yonge street between Park home to York Mills, My office (before I retired) is between Sheppard and Finch on Yonge. Therefore I used to frequent that area.

north york / scarbo 都好多冇車人住

aurora 就go train park and ride la
不過其實依家好多公司就算冇wfh 都係返2-3日office
真係唔係好需要落dt

通常食好西先會落去

咁我落DT都會照舊渣車落去，已經唔慣無左架車

以前日日揸車落DT做嘢。 退咗休五年幾之後， 落去唔夠十次
