其實你唔介紹住細啲500-600呎，我見有啲真係好平，講緊 300幾萬。不過我諗佢地400呎已經叫蚊型單位因為都唔多見

同埋留意到600呎好多間得一房，咩事咁浪費地方

Toronto is a very large area. I suggest you rent for a few months initially and then decide where you actually want to settle.

I can't help you with that decision. What if house prices goes up or down 50% while you are waiting for PR?.

My suggestion is to wait till you know more about Toronto first. I have seen people who bought a house on the east end within 6 months after they landed but his job was 30km away on the west end.

There may be tougher measures on the new budget this Thursday. I expect the Federal Government wants to discourage foreign buyers and
those who but residential properties as investments. There may be some adjustments to capital gain inclusion rate (just my own prediction) on disposition of residencial property unless it is a principal residence.
Will find out in 2 days.

有冇得買返黎預咗重建

其實呢度600呎1房真係差唔多用哂咁滯
點都要有living room同dining room
就算痴實都好 起碼夠大分做兩邊
加埋洗衣房又一間 唔似香港人d洗衣機擺埋係廁所/廚房 所以600呎真係基本

有 但重建要搞好多野
仲要俾市政批 好似問埋附近居民意見

本地人都難買樓
同香港情況差唔多
好多後生仔都覺得無希望

喺香港展銷睇過吓UT附近啲apt樓花
其實喺香港揾緊20k呢個水平都勉強負擔到

搶offer 個陣更絕望

呢個價錢downtown 只可買condo， Bloor+ Yonge

20k可以供幾錢既樓
