人地有90 個真南非變種病毒sample, 得出結果係失效40倍。

就算convalescent plasma對B.1.351
都低antibody response
甚至低到近乎零

但問題係
你一味講fold decrease
如果一開始枝針對wild type嘅neutralisation都唔係高
對B.1.351 mutant嘅話
佢嘅neutralisation efficacy當然會跌得冇咁多

10分跌去1分 就係-10 fold
2分跌去1分 就係-2 fold
所以科興咪冇乜失效囉
由一開始都冇乜效
點跌都唔會跌得多

岩岩睇左呢隻由肝素導致既低血小板病, 會令到血小板形成血栓, 成因係打呢隻肝素入身體會有極細機率生成抗體攻擊肝素, 減低抗凝血能力而形成血栓
