Depends on context 係有機會server send完之前個connection drop左 然後client以為收齊

咁有兩層意思
response 有寫明length就會幫你check

而low level每一個data chunk就有tcp幫check sum

TCP level checksum almost does not imply completeness in http level

姐係resp 有length就complete

雖然我由頭到尾都唔完全知你complete想指啲咩

總之我舉個例子
你有時上網海盜野 download個時 你會見到browser progress無report到total file size 而且有時會明明寫完成但係個file唔完整
就係因為佢response header無content length 然後down down下又中途cut撚左你個connection 咁browser就以為down完

同一個tcp connection會有multiple requests and responses
每個request and response會變成一個個frame，有frame去guarantee response既completeness
