戰鼓去到大後期(70LV騎士)仲可以超越埋女武神
但去到PVP 一定要女武神先夠手長
但再考慮埋玩SER5 好難追到前面D人
換唔換曬女武神都唔會話S RANK 獎勵多好多

How to optimize Spirit Rest. In order to get as much as you can from Spirit Rest, you want to get to a very high stage, so that you revive at a higher stage, and in the second run get as much medal/min you possibly can. This second run will be your best medal/min run ever, and will be counted in your Spirit Rest. Note: This can vary a bit from person to person.
Step 1. Push as high you can with your main tribe. (best effect: single core, with x10 attack power). With as many DA's as possible in your revival team.
Step 2. When you're nearing max stage, be ready to revive with x5 speed.
Step 3. Revive, immediately switch back to 2-core. Buy x3 speed if x5 speed disappears (optional)
Step 4. Change your revival team to maximize medal count.
Step 5. Revive at around 20-30 minute. It's a bit hard to tell exactly when to revive, but a good rule of thumb is that you revive when it slows down. Once you're able to reach stage 5000 in about 30 minutes, this is a good aim for Spirit Rest Push, since once you get past this stage medal rewards skyrocket. Otherwise it'd be wise to stick to around 20 minutes.
