Job Background/context:
Customer records retrieval to support business, internal departments (e.g. Branches & Compliance etc.) and external parties (e.g. Customers & government authorities etc.)
Key Responsibilities:
Customer records (e.g. Maker role / inventory registering for GCG Bank Confirmation requests, SDN checking and name checking for Individual Bankruptcy / Company Winding-up orders.
Account opening documents, statements, transaction advices & cheque images etc.)
retrieval from various bank systems for external parties, internal departments and judicial requests from government authorities.
