5. Attendance Record (Applicable to NSFD only)
Students who are unable to attend NSFD 2018 should seek approval for exemption from the Dean of Students by submitting a written application to nsfd2018@eduhk.hk, together with justification and supporting document. The Student Affairs Office would notify the result of application by e-mail.

For students who participate in all of the NSFD 2018 programmes, their attendance will be listed on the "Experiential Learning and Achievements Transcript" (ELAT). For students who are unable to attend all programmes, regardless of reasons, their attendance will NOT be shown on the ELAT.

Except with approved exemption, students who absent from any part of the NSFD or
leave early will still be charged the full fee (Payable as part of the University Fees)
