Infantino announces he will stand for Fifa re-election next year in Paris.

Several confirmations that the United States offered a promise of favourable trade deals to Fifa nations for World Cup 2026 vote.

These nations, particularly in Africa and Asia, told by their central govts to vote for United bid.

No surprise Infantino said after the vote:

Argentina - Paraguay - Uruguay want to host 2030 World Cup.

Last night, all three nations got assurance from senior US officials that United bid will help them get that.

Uruguay desperate to host World Cup final again after it hosted it in 1930.
