You do not need a Certificate of Sponsorship (贊助者證明) if you hold a BN(O) passport.

If you were working in the UK from June 2014 to June 2016, you actually been taxed in the UK for three tax years (2014/15, 2015/16 and 2016/17). You will not get any of your tax back for the 2014/15 and 2015/16 as you earned above the tax threshold. However, for the 2016/17 tax year, your taxable earnings are below that of the tax threshold (as you only worked for a maximum of three months of the 2016/17 tax year - unless you were very well paid) and therefore you are entitle to have your tax deductions back.

又多左d台灣人爭飯碗 - the maximum number of Taiwanese coming to the UK for working holiday is 1,000 per year. I don't think 1,000 would make a big difference. If you fear competition, you can always try your luck outside London or the South East of England.
