食材:
牛扒兩塊
岩鹽適量
橄欖油適量
How to make:
1. Bring to room temperature
2. Add salt and olive oil(tips: don't use extra virgin olive oil) to each side of the steak
3. Add olive oil to your skillet
4. Heat your skillet with high heat till you see smoke rising from your skillet(smoking hot)(tips: 千祈唔好用易潔鑊)
5. Put your steak to the skillet
6. Pan fried your steak for 1.5 minutes per side(rare/1inch thick steak)
7. Rest your steak for 10 minutes
