終於由第一個post追完
自問都好多負能量
細細個開始就有濕疹
亦因此限制左我好多
出街 返工 運動 專注力不足
成日都認為冇病我人生會更成功
以前我經常怨天怨地
近一兩年冇咁執著
雖然潛意識都話我知 我放唔低
所以想問一句 瞑想 出體
可否改善身體
我都有試想瞑想 雖然咩都聽唔到 睇唔到
但如果睇到聽到 又點分係真 唔係自己以為聽到 睇到?
