政務SEE〡轟港失落Taylor Swift 葉劉愛聽Beyoncé？

國際巨星Taylor Swift世界巡迴演唱會亞洲站，只揀咗去日本同新加坡，香港樂迷當然「葡萄」啦，失望嘅仲包括立法會議員葉劉淑儀。葉劉今日（24日）喺立法會提出口頭質詢，問港府喺邀請國際知名歌手嚟香港上做咗啲咩？當局又會點善用今年內啟用嘅啟德體育園主場館？

文化體育及旅遊局長楊潤雄似乎胸有成竹，話2023年香港平均每個月就有兩個國際知名歌星，舉辦每場人數超過1萬人嘅大型演唱會，今年亦陸續有國際歌星確定嚟香港。至於實際工作，局長就話「我哋不時同一啲演唱會主辦單位聯絡，了解佢哋喺香港舉辦演唱會嘅意向同需要……喺過程中提供適切支援」。不過講到底，佢都承認巨星嚟唔嚟，始終係「商業決定，由市場主導」。

對於局長嘅回覆，葉劉相當不滿，直斥「局長俾咗個非常官僚嘅答案！」佢話Taylor Swift喺美國開66場演唱會，帶動10億美元經濟，最終Taylor Swift喺亞洲揀新加坡冇揀香港，「我哋失咗呢個機會！」

佢話既然今年有個可以容納5萬人嘅啟德體育園主場館啟用，「政府會唔會積極爭取類似嘅頂級藝人呢？譬如Beyoncé、或者內地嘅頂流，去積極啲做！」聽到Beyoncé，阿絲即刻醒晒，唔通葉太鍾意聽Beyoncé？

輪到批發及零售界議員邵家輝提問，佢引述演唱會承辦商話，國際知名歌星會欣賞同感激當地政府嘅協助，「尤其是BLACKPINK去到其他國家開演唱會之後，國家高層仲會出嚟頒啲獎俾佢哋。」

咦，原來邵議員留意南韓女團BLACKPINK。BLACKPINK喺嚿年11月獲英王授予大英帝國勳章（MBE），團員全部盛裝出席，仲成為全球媒體報道嘅新聞，真係說好南韓軟實力故事。唔知邵家輝係咪諗住由香港政府頒個獎畀國際巨星呢？

但佢條問題問得隱晦，答案又點會對到題，局長楊潤雄最後只係籠統咁話，因應唔同活動，可以做好多唔同嘅協助工作。「至於話頒獎……我哋當然可以考慮。但我又覺得，唔需要逢咩人嚟就頒一個獎，咁樣反而覺得我哋個獎又唔係好馨香。」

阿絲覺得，局長呢句就洞悉世情嘞。假如特區政府頒個金紫荊星章，唔知BLACKPINK會唔會俾面出席呢？唔出席嘅話，又算唔算「軟對抗」？
