咪又係38個鐘
唔止 我份 perm 都係 8 hr per day
38個鐘係唔包食飯，但包每日2次break

我係 official hours Mon - Fri 0800 - 1630
出 8 個鐘糧
Full time perm position
之前嗰份一樣係 full time perm 計 clock in clock out hourly rate
我多數 around 78 至 80 hrs per week

每星期max 38個鐘係硬性法例嚟喎

係，你full time 嘅話每日應該有2次10分鐘嘅 paid break. 有啲eba 可能allow up to 2次15 分鐘嘅break，但你食飯嗰30-60分鐘係無錢嘅。
所以有啲工你有一個鐘食飯但得30分鐘係有錢就係用你2次15分鐘paid break 加埋嘅。因為你office 工你隨時落去飲杯啡都好少會俾人屌，所以好多係咁合埋。
但啲藍領工，你未必可以做做吓行開，所以佢強制一定有paid break, 你當係work health and safety 原因啦
