【怎麼又是你 💢】外媒報導，Microsoft 7 月 11 日發佈了 KB5028185 更新，帶來了很多Moment 3功能和安全增強，卻同時引發了不少問題，包括安裝失敗、BSOD 死機、系統崩潰及網絡斷線等令人沮喪的故障。

在反饋中心上，一些用戶報告了更新問題，其中一些用戶強調了更新安裝本身的問題。多次出現藍屏（BSOD），然後自動重啟。在啟動過程中手動按F8操作後，這些重複的重啟才停止，從而成功修復了系統。

有些用家則出現了磁碟突然 100% 負載，然後磁碟就消失了，必需重啟才能找回，但卻經常失效。

部份用家的網絡卡及 Wi-Fi 會無法取得 IP 或經常斷線。

如果你已安裝 KB5028185 並經常出現問題，建議卸載 KB5028185 更新。

用戶可以通過導航到「設置」 > 「Windows 更新」> 「更新歷史記錄」> 「卸載更新」並選擇名稱中包含「KB5028185」的安全更新。
