After Neco Williams took a ball from a Rashford shot or free kick, to his head, he left the pitch for treatment.
When he came back on he did a run to get forward but was stopped by a Hendo challenge.
Hendo got up and stood over Neco as he seemed to notice Williams didn't look right and he embraced Neco and Hendo turned and gave worrying looks over to the Wales bench.
Neco was subbed and we now know he has concussion.
