幾時用 a 幾時用b 幾時用a+b 題目會講 例如話 based on the result and your knowledge 就一定要a+b
(3)步驟題
例如
What is the purpose of step 1
If step 1 is skipped…
What is the purpose of adding…
呢題通常2分
第1分: 呢個步驟背後嘅目的
第2分:呢個步驟背後嘅原理
第1分答法 To ensure the DV is due to IV only (萬能key)
第2分答法 睇吓有咩physical / chemical change
例如題目話 study the effect of temperature (IV) on transpiration rate (DV) of plant A
問what is the purpose of adding oil (2分)
第1分 To ensure the change in transpiration rate (DV) is due to temperature (IV) only
第2分 To prevent water evaporation (physical change)
如果第2題問 why use boiled enzyme / why heating
第1分 你懂的
第2分 To denature the enzyme (chemical change)
(4)how 題
例如
How oxygen enters bloodstream
Describe the process of seed germination
背書+推論
由開始到結果 每1步都要講 缺一不可
而邊1步有分 marking scheme 話事
(5)鳩估題
1分就skip咗佢 唔好嘥時間
想我繼續講或者有野問就回覆
冇人回我就收皮

When the motor centre of the cerebral cortex initiate nerve impulses to the motor neurone for muscle contraction, neurotransmitters are released from the axon terminal of the motor neurone into the synapse.
As there are not enough neurotransmitter molecules, even the nerve impulse arrive the presynaptic axon terminal, there will be insufficient neurotransmitter being released from synaptic vesicles into the synaptic cleft by exocytosis, resulting in a lower concentration of neurotransmitter diffusing across the synaptic cleft of the neuromuscular junction.
This lead to less neurotransmitter receptors being stimulated on the postsynaptic muscle fibres. Therefore, less electrical impulse has been generated by the muscle fibre which lead to a weaker contraction force produced as expected and causing the sense of lacking muscle strength.

Muscular activities require oxygen. The respiration of neurones and muscle cells requires oxygen for ATP generation and the exocytosis of neurotransmitter molecules from the axon terminal to the synapse is an active process which require ATP and oxygen as well.
If gas exchange in lungs is stopped, there will be a lower level of oxygen in blood, there might be damage to the brain cerebral cortex which lead to less motor impulse generation. Also, the low blood oxygen level would lead to lower level of neurones, muscle cells activity and a lower level of neurotransmitter molecules release from synaptic vesicles in the axon terminal into the synaptic cleft.
These leads to a lower level of neurotransmitter receptor stimulation and lower the muscle electrical impulse generation. Thus causing lower muscle activity.

Genes are transcribed from DNA to mRNA and translated by tRNA in ribosomes to form proteins in our body.
If the gene code for muscle receptor has been mutated, the base sequence of the particular DNA strand would be altered and different from normal, therefore an abnormal mRNA with defective codons would be transcribed. The defective mRNA will then travel from the cell nucleus to the ribosomes in the cytoplasm or rough endoplasmic reticulum.
As the mRNA has different codons with the normal one, different tRNA with different anticodons might be attracted and bind to the defective mRNA by complementary base pairing, leading to a different amino acid from the normal one being brought to the site. Therefore, the amino acid chain sequence might be altered, lengthened or shortened. And when the amino acid chain is folded and coiled to form a 3D configuration, the polypeptide chain might have be distorted to a abnormal shape and forming a defective receptor, which is protein in nature, with a defective active site that cannot bind by neurotransmitter molecules.
