American troops and air force assets need to be transferred from Germany and based in Poland and the Baltic States.
Those countries would support US presence and policy.

I agree. Germany is now one of Putin's puppets. Poland would be all too happy to welcome our military, and would toss in a ticker tape parade for a spectacular event. I truly believe they'd help in constructing facilities, etc.
