我之前試過個幾禮拜冇得屙,之後我買咗宿一消個隻瀉藥食咗一次,雖然係唔好㗎啦,但叫做屙咗先,之後我再買咗啲酵素嚟食(屈臣氏萬寧都有㗎啦),頭一排係真係有用,之後可能食慣咗我覺得冇咁有用
不過重點係要飲多啲水,食菜 香蕉 牛油果 西梅 蕃薯咩都試吓啦
BTW 之前我試過半個牛油果+香蕉+奶+少少蜜糖榨汁飲之後隔咗一陣就開始攪肚痛有得屙,你都可以試吓
