I can't speak English immediately as my word bank is insufficient and my grammar is poor, which makes me always err err err and don't know how to express myself.

I m not sure if this matters but practice should be a noun. The verb should be practise.

You will learn nothing if you only text with non native speakers, as you always use english in Cantonese grammar. I guess tv dramas may be a better choice to improve English for your case.

有比較下就會覺得明顯少啲人學廣東話，但其實都唔係完全冇，都唔少bbc/abc/cbc想學返好廣東話，最大難題反而係點樣maintain段關係，同埋有時雙方對語言學習嘅認真程度存在差異

英轉中其實好易 相反中轉英好難
當你發現同外國傾計就會發現 佢地講嘅英文其實好簡單 冇我地廣東話咁複雜
