試過做stronglift 5x5同3x5
但已經去到平台期
有冇咩好介紹
點樣平台? 有無留意自己係邊個位fail?
bench衰係lockout定係卡係胸前?
squat衰係落到地唔夠tight?
deadlift衰係離地?定係lockout唔倒?
每一樣都有相應辦法解決
我唔知自己是咪健力緊
日常係2-4rm做compound exercises
都係個啲快上慢落 慢上快落 慢上慢落或者deload個啲喇

中間deload過幾次又整傷過幾次又hea左好耐冇轉program再push自己
最重試過做到
1 rep max
bench 110kg
squat 140kg
deadlift 140kg
而家除左bench可以keep 到兩餅頂三四下外
(bench又係操極都停左係兩餅多少少)
squat 同deadlift都只係做到兩餅左右

比我做法就會係做多啲針對弱點嘅accessory excersice
e.g. Paused squat, paused deadlift, split squat, stiff legged deadlift等等 每樣都針對唔同弱點
佢玩呢個重量, 仲要傷幾次.......
我覺得似FORM 有問題多
有無留意自己弱點係邊
eg. squat同deadlift個form係點
比我做法就會係做多啲針對弱點嘅accessory excersice
e.g. Paused squat, paused deadlift, split squat, stiff legged deadlift等等 每樣都針對唔同弱點
5/3/1同candito果個linear program都睇過下
但兩個program一星期各main lift先做到一次
volumn同intensity都好似唔係幾夠?
同埋加重個progress都好似比較慢
