咪asgardia嘅constitution囉(constitution /憲法即係國家法律)

如果要入UN，佢點解釋美國登月插咗旗嘅領土?
係現實有冇註冊成有約束力嘅法律?
定只係for佢啲 "國民" 守嘅規距 or believing?
以香港而言，法律上有私人土地嘅相關法例
亦有類似於港鐵附例嘅私人處所附屬法例
巴打真係有心認真搞，其實要搞好多嘢
因為呢個地球唔係只得一個國家一套法律
佢套憲法要真係有效保護公民，除咗UN承認，仲有好多外交問題要處理。

簡單講，佢要先入UN，建立外交，有領事館
咁佢套憲法先至可以有效咁係領事館範圍生效
除領事館以外，唔會有任何一個國家願意俾他國憲法係自己國土上執行

事實上，類似呢一類嘅「概念國家」係未有互聯網嘅年代已經有
特別係美國STAR TREK影集之後，啟發到好多人去建立地球聯邦
之前主要只係對軍事或政治體制有研究嘅人先會去討論

成件事如果真係可以成功，無疑係一件好事嚟
但唔係大家所諗咁容易可以做得到

Complete the form to ensure that we have your name spelled correctly

Follow all onscreen instructions, to ensure that everything is correct

Submit the form.

You may need to logout and back in returning to this page.

You should find the image link has changed to “View your personalized Certificate of Asgardia” Click here and download the PDF.

Make sure you don't spread it, it's personaI. Hope this helps!

UN依國際法去仲裁
唔會容許Asgardia Kingdom去claim任何月球土地

而且Kingdom係香港人眼中係好普通嘅一個字
但對好似英聯邦呢啲Kingdom係國家法律有地位嘅國家
點樣可能去承認國民擁有另一個Kingdom嘅國籍?
歐陸好多國家，依然係國家憲法入面保留對舊有王室嘅法律
Kingdom對佢哋嚟講，依然係會同王室體系有衝突

一部份係有寫明要跟你現時身分證資料
但呢一部份唔係必填

咁英文表格當然係用英文填啦
