美國與歐盟據報將表態支持重新調查新冠病毒起源。美國同歐盟領導人本月15日將在比利時布魯塞爾舉行峰會。彭博社取得峰會聲明的草擬文本，歐盟承諾與美國共同推進，進行透明、以證據為基礎，不受干預並由專家領導、世衛召集的第二階段病毒溯源調查，並在未來出現類似爆發時，會用迅速、獨立的方式調查。報道引述知情人士說，是美國要求歐盟支持調查病毒起源。
