I don't think you can work in any Canadian bank without any Canadian experience or taken courses in a Canadian College or University..
Your experience in HK may not be fully transferable e.g. banking rules, taxation etc.

HSBC bank, Bank of China and ICBC has branches in Canada. i am not sure if they will hire anyone from HK.
There are major banks in Canada has branches in locations with many Chinese customers.
