I had driven to Victoria from Toronto.
I drove 42 hours from Toronto to Calgary. I rested 6 hours in Winnipeg and stayed 5 days in Alberta.

Then drove 13 hours to Vancouver (stopped 3 nights) and another 4 hours to Victoria. (waited for the ferry)
About 60 hours if non stop.

I don't recommend washing it so frequently.
