佢地有話彈返入. 但我唔太清楚佢地嘅Certify入面有冇彈入呢個選項.
如果直接書面理解嘅話 "rescind my prior vote to certify Wayne County elections" 就係撤銷佢地嘅同意票.
即係 2:2 - > 4:0 - > 2:2
以上前題係佢地嘅撤銷係有法律效用. 而我唔理解佢地certify嘅規矩. 所以只可以照字譯.

如果佢既決定係under Duress, 咁佢投既“同意” 應該自動喪失合法性, 即係當佢未投 要比份新嘅佢簽， 咁佢之後出文講係唔同意佢應該係新個份簽唔同意就得，主要佢有曬證據佢真係受壓成底下先簽同意。
