The New York Post revealed Biden and his son had fornicated the China-Ukraine financial scandal. Now, it's New York Times’ turn to reveal President Trump had a bank account in a China and had paid taxes to China in accordance with the law.
But Trump was a businessman before he was elected. He did negotiate business with China. He had a registered business in China and paid full taxes. It is not surprising that it poses no threat to US national security.
Because if Trump has the handle, he will not impose heavy tariffs on China, threaten to decouple from the Chinese market, and appoint Secretary of State Pompeo to visit various countries in order to contain and block China. On the contrary, Biden's China policy has remained ambiguous.
Whether a U.S. president or vice president has been blackmailed by foreign powers depends on whether it is favorable or unfavorable for those foreign policies when he was in power.
The "inside story" revealed by the New York Times shows that Trump's "scandal" is not commensurate with Biden and his son.
