【創制獨立黨成立宣言】
【Establishment of Initiative Independence Party Declaration】

2015年本土思潮開始崛起，香港民族經歷光復行動、2016年立法會新界東補選、魚蛋革命以及延續至今的時代革命，民族意志已漸覺醒，在去年反送中抗爭期間香港民族已經完全建構出完整的命運共同體；過去一年港共政權肆以打壓、鎮壓甚至殺害捍衛香港自由民主的抗爭者，令主流香港民族已認清香港只有獨立一途可走。

Hong Kong localist ideology started developing since 2015. After experiencing Anti Parallel Trading Protests, 2016 New Territories East by-election, Fishball Revolution, and the ongoing Hong Kong Revolution, Hongkongers’ national consciousness has gradually awakened, Hong Kong nationals have completely developed into a community of common destiny. Throughout the past year, the Hong Kong government brutally oppressed, squelched, and even murdered Hong Kong protesters fighting for freedom and democracy, forcing the mainstream of Hong Kong nationals to realize that Hong Kong independence is our only way out.

創制獨立黨由前學生動源已完成學業的成員組建創立，敝黨成員均身在海外。

Initiative Independence Party is founded by former Studentlocalism members who have completed their studies, all our members are now situated overseas.

創制獨立黨明確主張香港獨立，堅信於中國統治之下絕無可能成功得到民主，更會令香港本土文化逐漸消失，香港民族的獨特性亦會於中國統治之下消失，最終被融入中華民族之中，因此只有香港獨立建立擁有實然主權的香港共和國方為香港民族的唯一出路；創制獨立黨成立以香港獨立為最終目標，共同奮起鬥爭，以不設任何底線的抗爭模式驅逐中國殖民者，同時會向海外香港民族群體以及所有熱愛自由和平的人士宣揚香港獨立主張。

Initiative Independence Party advocates for Hong Kong independence. We believe that under the ruling of China, Hong Kong will not only never possibly achieve democracy, it would even remove Hong Kong’s local cultures, causing Hong Kong nationals’ uniqueness to disappear and assimilate into the Chinese culture. Therefore, building a Republic of Hong Kong that is solely sovereign to Hong Kong nationals is our only way out. Initiative Independence Party, with Hong Kong independence as our ultimate target, will fight using any means possible in order to expel Chinese colonizers from our land, and also promote our advocacy of Hong Kong independence to Hong Kong nationals living overseas and freedom loving people all around the world.

在成功建立屬於香港民族的國家前，創制獨立黨將會與全體香港民族共同奮鬥，天佑香港。

Before we triumph in building our nation that belongs to us Hong Kong nationals, Initiative Independence Party will forever fight alongside the entirety of Hong Kong nationals for our common dream. May glory befall Hong Kong.
