B錯硬啦，public limited company 原本就要disclose financial info, 上咗市之後咪一樣要 disclose , 根本無變過 
C 呢種句子一向係assume同一間公司嘅前提下一般嚟講會發生咩事。 一般嚟講一間公司上咗市佢嘅share 嘅liquidity一定會比無上市好，呢個就係考評局想要嘅答案。

基本上香港d考試mc捉字眼，唔係考你識唔識。
no longer = 絕對否定咁濟，呢類字眼係多數錯，除非少部份明顯ans。
MC係拎A / B 高手分野區，LQ差別唔會太多。基本上MC錯多過兩題就唔會A

其實呢個no longer 都唔算係捉字眼啦。。。個意思咁明顯。。。完全objective，唔洗估估下
