可唔可以講下成個titrimetric analysis
成個實驗做緊咩我都覺得好混亂
重有measure the intitial rate for the formation of ppt嘅實驗係咪得product係Sulphur先用得著?
titrimetric analysis係用係follow reaction rate既方法
titrimetric analysis目的係想知道mixture入面某隻reactant/product隨時間既濃度改變
所以每5分鐘用pipette抽少少mixture出黎 然後titration去搵返個濃度
例如 2H2O2 -> 2H2O + O2
每5min抽mixture出黎 再用titration去搵H2O2個濃度
t = 5 / 10 / 15 / 20時,[H2O2] = 1M / 0.8M / 0.6M / 0.4M
咁你就可以知道[H2O2]個變化。
另外,你學過follow rate既method主要有:
measure gas V (syringe)
measure gas P (pressure sensor)
measure mass loss (electric balance)
measure colour intensity (colorimetry)
titrimetric analysis (withdraw fix V of mixture at regular time interval & quench & titrate)
留意titrimetric analysis係你學既唯一一個chemical method to follow rate (其他全部physical method)
所以如果題目叫你suggest a chemical method to follow rate 基本上就一定係用titrimetric analysis
咁點解要做quenching?
個實驗係t=5/10/15/20,將唔同時間嘅抽曬出泥先做titration,所以要quenching?
定係t=5, 抽完即刻quench, 然後再即刻做titration?
quenching係因為由你用pipette抽d mixture到你攞去做titration中間 抽左出黎既mixture其實仲react緊 而你抽出黎到titrate中間用左幾多時間其實不定
咁就會做成誤差
quenching係令個reaction freeze左係你抽野出黎果一刻 而mixture入面既物質個濃度就fix曬喺果刻 咁你就可以慢慢做titration
