Too many people in the world use TikTok.

Stats accurate as of October 2019 > Beyond China, Tik Tok has been installed 1.4 billion times globally. 500 million are active users. In the US only, there have been 80 million installs.

TikTok is NOT safe. It has never been safe.

TikTok’s parent company is ByteDance, its headquarter is in Beijing. The man behind ByteDance is Zhang Yiming - the ninth richest person in China (originally from Fujian, China).



Chairman Xi can make Huawei do whatever he wants, and you think TikTok, or any Chinese business would be any different?

Social apps record the most intimate kind of data.
TikTok has your full face, your voice, your home’s floor plan, your location records, your DM history, your phone usage pattern, etc.
How would CCP make use of these? You bet.

Imagine applying AI analysis to all that data, and putting it to military use. Definitely way worse than Black Mirror, cause it’s all real.

Quit Tik Tok now. Better yet, take down Tik Tok!
