【校方就罷課之安排】
校方昨日通過電郵向全體師生發信,對於罷課行動校方將作以下安排:
第一,參與罷課的學生將不視作缺席。
第二,所有課程將如常進行。
第三,罷課期間的課堂內容將發放在Panopto及Moodle。
第四,同學可透過網上平台參閱課堂內容及自行學習。
第五,所有列於course outline的中期測驗、匯報或其他評測活動會影響同學的最終成績,同學需於網上或親身參與。

Re: Arrangements regarding possible boycott of classes
With respect to the possibility of a university-wide boycott of classes initiated by the student body, the University wishes to propose the following arrangements:
1. Students will not be penalized for participating in the boycott of classes. This is to say that such participation will not be construed as absence from class.
2. All teaching activities (including lectures, seminars, workshops, internship, externship, fieldwork placement and so on which are listed in the course outlines) will be conducted as usual.
3. During the days of the boycott of classes, classroom teaching will be captured and recorded on the Panopto system, and placed on Moodle for students’ viewing.
4. Students are encouraged to keep up with their learning by viewing the recorded sessions.
5. If quizzes, mid-term examinations, presentations or other assessment activities which are listed under “Assessment” of the course outlines are conducted during the days of the boycott of classes, students are asked to participate in them either online or in person so as not to affect their final grades.
We hope that through our collaborative efforts during these difficult times, students’ learning will not be unduly affected. We will continue to monitor the above arrangements and iron out rough patches to the best of our ability.
