Dear Ambassadors of USA, Canada, UK, Australia, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, New Zealand of Hong Kong,
As a group of human rights activists and sympathizers in Hong Kong, we invite your serious attention to the national security of your country that may be threatened by our local government officials and law makers who are virtually working for the Chinese Communist Party (CPC) in Hong Kong and in possession of your country’s passport or right of permanent residency.
In the face of more than one million of Hong Kong people took to the street in our city yesterday (9 June 2019) to protest against an evil Extradition Bill Amendment, the HKSAR Government has announced the next morning that the bill will be directly sent to the Hong Kong Legislative Council (HKLC) for debate and endorsement on coming Wednesday morning (i.e. 12 June 2019, 11 am). Upon the evil bill becoming law, the human rights in Hong Kong will immediately deteriorate to almost zero protection.
Some of our HKLC members and their family who possess your national passport or right of residency in your country, but all the same have too close a connection with the CPC, will preemptively vote for the evil bill. Their political stance and acts are in seriously violation of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights of the United Nation. As your country is one among many democracies that support the Declaration and up hold the human rights around the world, we sincerely invite you to reconsider the appropriateness of allowing those HKLC members and their family immigration into your country, who may deeply threaten the national security.
The following name list detail the HKLC members who are going to support indiscriminately the bill on coming Wednesday.
