- if 3 garden road is 150 how much u think price building would be? she has done a great job filling the place up but location is still not great. for that price u prefer there or pp? u could be right but need to compare HK land and swire on valuation
- Langham is still a function of Chinese tourist, even it isn't really
- ada wont do any m&a, big boss is a bit busy right now in my view

好奇心之下都去左望望 太古廣場(PP) 幾錢 => 估唔到可以 $110-$160

始終 中環就係中環, PP 係金鐘比一感覺次左一級, 加上PP 要2021年先可以再有供應, 中環甲一級至少依一年兩真係無乜選擇
望下ICC 個價就知, 又靚又新又方便, 都係會差中環一大折租金

至於M&A, 依個唔去估啦, 作為小股民, 只可以係"希望"佢會有新商廈
