Ryanair is under investigation after one of its jets had to be de-iced using buckets of hot water.
The plane was due to be heading to London's Stansted airport and was on the runway at the Italian city of Brindisi when it had to be de-iced.
Normally, planes are sprayed with a chemical to stop the spread of snow and ice.

Ground crew can be seen carrying buckets of hot water to pour over the wing.
One aviation safety expert told The Sun "It looks a very haphazard way of dealing with a potentially very dangerous problem."
Italian politician Mauro D'Attis posted video of the ground crew walking up and down by the plane's wing, carrying buckets of hot water to do the de-icing and demanded an explanation.
Italy's aviation watchdog is now believed to be sending inspectors to the airport to find out exactly what happened.
