I heartily recommend that you try Ramen Menya in Shinjuku, Tokyo. They provide a range of broths to please sophisticated palates including chicken broth, pork bone broth, fish broth and lastly spicy broth. The spicy broth is toned down to suit the palates of the tourists so you dont have to worry about it being too spicy. Of course they serve food adapted for their own palate. The richness of broth is outstanding which can tempt demanding palates. The noodle texture is perfect that will please the most refined palate. I thoroughly recommend that you should give it a go.

I certainly recommend Ramen Fuji near Shinjuku station as well. They serve the best quality of meat in the city. You can choose any cuts of beef you like for barbecue such as flank, chuck, riberye, sirloin, t-bone, tenderloin, rump, round steak and so on as I'm sure you have a discriminating palate. The meat texture is of high quality which can tempt sophisticated palates. Their barbecue equipment is of top quality as the meat doesn't stick to the grill. It's not like ordinary grill on which you try to flip food and it will not come loose. It sticks and tears, makes a mess and results in dry burnt meat. Their barbecue solved this problem. I definitely recommend it.
