如果係shoulder impingement 拉鬆胸肌同seared row(背肌)啲確係常見嘅exercise, 另外 rotator cuff strengthening 亦係重點 尤其係一舊叫external rotator嘅肌肉
我自己都有shoulder impingement 發覺一個shoulder hang exercise感覺幾有效 係就咁吊個人係到 拉筋咁唔好用力
