Option 1
Tier 5 (Youth Mobility Scheme) visa - Also known as working holiday
https://www.gov.uk/tier-5-youth-mobility
You can apply for a Tier 5 (Youth Mobility Scheme) visa if you:
want to live and work in the UK for up to 2 years
are aged 18 to 30
have £1,890 in savings (only the moment when you apply)
Don't worry about these if you are using BNO
Note: If you’re applying this visa using HKSAR passport
You need to be sponsored
There will be an annual quota
Option 2
Tier 2 (General) visa

this shit is such a long and painful process, especially if your employer is not familiar to this visa
You can apply for a Tier 2 (General) visa if:
you’ve been offered a skilled job in the UK
You need to be employed by a licensed sponsor to apply to live in the UK.
