Johor is the 2nd largest seat in terms of amounts of seats. It’s the home of UMNO, where UMNO was formerly established.
UMNO has always considered Johor as impregnable. Even in GE13, PH only won 5 seats in Johor. So if they win 21 seats in Johor, it is a remarkable indication of the swing towards to the opposition.

馬來西亞今天舉行國會大選，馬國羽球一哥李宗偉最近頻頻出席馬來西亞國民陣線候選人的造勢活動。
飽受馬國網友批評，甚至有人罵李宗偉不好好準備20日即將開始的湯優盃而去涉入政治，也有網友批評國民陣線不應該將運動員扯入政治活動。
對此李宗偉今天特別提出澄清，他說自己是運動員不是政治人物，受邀出席大選的活動是身不由己。
李宗偉強調自己並沒有為任何一方拉票，立場中立，也否認因為參加政治活動而忽略了訓練。

GE14 | Pakatan Harapan has reaffirmed its hold over Penang, confirming that it will once again form the state government.
State DAP chief Chow Kon Yeow confirmed that DAP has retained all its seats, including worrisome ones in Tanjung Bungah, Pulau Tikus and Sungai Pinang.
Gerakan, MCA and MIC have once again lost all their seats they were contesting in.

我講少少等其他巴打補充因為我都唔太熟，UMNO即Najib所屬的政黨可以講係右派，相對保守同以馬來族群為先，而人民公正黨即安華的政黨可以係講係中左派，講人民至上而唔係只係馬來族至上。
今次選舉係有唔少人因為1MDB的疑似舞弊案而支持希盟，同時Mahathir的加入亦引到唔少馬來人支持

截至目前，國陣贏得54國席，希盟獲得51國席，伊黨獲得4席。情況對希盟較有利，因為希盟贏得的國席是從國陣手中奪取過來。
希盟的堡壘區大多是超大選區，選民較多，因此計票較費時，會遲些才揭曉結果。因此，預計遲些揭曉的成績，大多是希盟贏得的選區。
目前，國陣丟失原本佔有的23個國席，19個由希盟贏得，4個由伊黨贏得。
國陣只是從希盟手中奪取2國席，並從伊黨手中奪取3個國席。
