[Notice] Facebook Issue Resolution Progress

Hi, everyone.

This is GM Luna.

First of all, we send a deep apology to some of the Raiders who linked their facebook account to King’s Raid account and having trouble connecting to the game.

I am here today to relieve some of your curiosity over the progress in the resolution.


[Our Progress in resolving the Facebook account connection issue]

1. We have checked the facebook linked account has been denied to access the game.
2. Upon checking the trigger of the problem, we have done some adjustment to fix the issue.
3. We have appealed about our adjustment to facebook for confirmation which will bring the normalization of the connection.
4. Facebook has replied us that they would look into the issue and will give us the feedback as soon as they check our issue.
5. Now, we are waiting for the reply from Facebook.

We are currently discussing how to compensate to those who are going through the inconvenience from this issue.

We will let you know once everything comes back to normal and proceed the compensation without any hesitation.

Again, we are sorry for the inconvenience this issue has caused.
