"The postal services to East are tragically slow /RU,CN,TW, .../. Some part of postcrossers is also bad. Registration 1x per month. They have long absences there /especially Taiwan, as well as RU, CN/. That is the reason of large amounts of expired postcard. They also send postcards which are not very joyful /they do not read profiles/."
