為左想個bb 英國出世 - if your friend has British Citizen, I would suggest that he /she should get his/her baby born in Northern Ireland. By being born in Northern Ireland, the baby would also get Irish citizenship as he/she has a British Citizen parent. Having Irish citizen is useful after Brexit.
我老友有passport, 但英文屎又無技能 佢勝在乜都肯做 - He / she can work in a Chinese restaurant or a take away. There are more opportunities in the north as there are a lot more Chinese people in the south.

Your British Citizen friend needs to apply for his/her National Insurance (NI) number once he/she is in the UK -

Please note that if the mother of the child is not a British Citizen, she may need to get a visa to come over and give birth in the UK and she will need to pay for the health care in order not to affect her chances of getting her UK settlement visa in the future.
